How many sensors do I need?

Grow spaces have different microclimates. Typically we recommend 1-2 sensors per 25 square feet. The bigger your grow space, the more sensors you’ll need. Higher air flow means fewer sensors. Taller spaces or racks, on the other hand, means you need more sensors to have accurate data.

Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

How much does the unit cost?

We charge $30 for our sensors and it comes with the sensor plus three free months of service. After that we charge you on a monthly basis. If you decide to stop using our service you don't pay us. But we think you'll enjoy using it.

Why is there a monthly fee?

We do this so we don't have to charge you a big upfront cost on our sensors. This aligns us all towards the same goals, it's cheap for you to try and keeps us continuing to reinvest in making our platform better.

Why can't I set up payments on the iOS app?

Unfortunately, Apple takes a 30% commission! That's a really high number and would entail us increasing our price by 50%! We think this way is better for you.

Is this a secure site for purchases?

Absolutely! We work with Stripe/Square which guarantees your safety and security. All billing information is stored through our payment processing partner which has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! We totally get that you might have a few months inbetween grows where you don't need to keep paying us but want your data to still be available in the future.

Can I update my card details?

Yes. Go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information.

Can I request refund?

Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason.

Can I try your service for free?

When you purchase a unit it comes with three free months of service!
